Can OREY replace our employee survey?

Often, for questions where you need the reasons behind an answer. Many organisations keep a short survey for tracking. People call a number or open a link and talk for 5 to 10 minutes, in their own language

Is it still anonymous?

The client chooses named or anonymous participation before invitations go out. For anonymous studies, the client also sets the minimum group size for releasing findings. Results for smaller groups are withheld. The selected mode and reporting rules are explained to participants before they take part

How fast do we see results?

Findings build up as calls finish. Each one links to the passages behind it
