François Elvinger · Founder
François studied mechanical engineering at ETH Zurich, specialising in robotics. At BCG, he worked with frontline teams and site leaders across more than 50 production sites to improve capacity, processes and quality. He also led the development of AI products for operations
He founded OREY after seeing how often conversations with frontline employees changed the understanding of a site’s problems. People spoke more openly when he acted as an independent third party and their comments weren’t attributed to them. That experience shaped OREY
