FAQ
The essentials for leaders, participants and data teams
How is OREY different from a survey?
Surveys collect fixed answers. OREY asks relevant follow-ups, explores examples and connects patterns across conversations
How do employees take part?
They call a study number or open a link. No work computer or account is required
Will people speak freely?
People speak in their preferred language, at their own pace and outside everyday reporting lines. In anonymous mode, findings are released in groups that meet the minimum size set by the client before launch, without attributing answers to individuals
Can each interview be tailored?
Yes. You set the purpose, roles and context. OREY adapts each conversation while keeping the study focused on the same decision
Can leaders verify the findings?
Yes. Each finding links back to supporting passages and shows where it repeats, where it differs and where it applies
Are interviews anonymous?
The client chooses named or anonymous participation before invitations go out. For anonymous studies, the client also sets the minimum group size for releasing findings. Results for smaller groups are withheld. The selected mode and reporting rules are explained to participants before they take part
How does OREY work with works councils and unions?
We involve works councils and unions from day 1, as partners in the study. Anonymity, the minimum group size, the questions and the report format are agreed together, and council members can take the interview themselves first. More on works councils →
Can hosting and processing match our requirements?
Yes. We agree storage location, providers, processing regions, retention, deletion and access before invitations go out
